Decorative map of the fourth Chinese province 'Xantung', ornated with the typical high decorative ornated title cartouche together with an ornated mileage scale. The map itself covers the province Xantung. In the centre of the map we find the bay of Xang with the neighbouring peninsula of Corea. Many larger cities are engraved: Tungchang, Cinan, Yencheu. Laicheu, Leaochang, as well an enormous amount of other small place names. Rivers, lakes, mountains are as well engraved.
