The map provides an statistic overview of the Indian population, based on the census 1867-72. Below the title a table of colors related to the population, as well further explanations in the lower left corner. The map itself teaches towards Tibet in the north, the Andaman islands, Sri Lanka and the Lakkadiva islands. Notes: In excellent condition.
