A large and decorative sea chart showing the Atlantic Ocean from Brazil towards the West African coast published around 1684 in the famous 'Zee Fakkel' by van Keulen. At the bottom we find an allegoric title cartouche with maritime and South American subjects. As all other sea charts by van Keulen the chart is highly accurate for that period and provides good information on place names along the coasts, anchor places, sand banks, etc. Notes: In excellent condition.
