Description: Copper engraving, hand colored in outline and wash when published. This decorative map shows the duchy of Carniola (Kaernten) with his adjacenting territories. The map gives us many detailed information on that region. In the lower part is a highly decorative panoramic view of the city of "Klagenfurt" and two small engraved insets in the corners next to it. The upper right corner contains a large figurative title cartouche with coat of arms. Notes: A strong impression in excellent condition. Published plano without a centrefold.
