Date: 1643-50 Size: [37,7 x 48,6 cm] Technic: Copper engraving / handcolored. Description: Copper engraving, hand colored in outline when published. This antique map shows Bohemia. The map is engraved with many place names, mountains, woods, rivers, lakes, etc. In the upper left corner we see the allegoric title cartouche. In the lower right corner we see the explanation with a small mileage scale. With many detailed place names, many of them shown as miniature city views among them Teltsch, Raps, Mesericz, Ewanczitz, Wiskow, Gewicz, Olmutz, Lanodskron, Freudental, Wagstatt, etc. Notes: In excellent condition.
