This decorative map shows Scandinavia, Iceland and Greenland towards Labrador. With many place names, mostly along the coasts, also many islands are named. Iceland is nicely engraved with the vulcano Hekla. A fine detailed and interesting map engraved by Bellin after earlier voyages. Published by Schwabe in Leipzig in the German edition of Bellin's travel books. The map was originally published folded, so that the old folds are still visible. Notes: In excellent condition.
