A fine and detailed map of the peninsula of Korea published 1750 in Leipzig. The map is equipped with many place names, different districts or provinces are named on the map, also many islands and bays around the peninsula of Korea are engraved. Names of the different districts or provinces are given. In the lower left corner we find a a title cartouche. The map is based on cartographic sources after an English map. A fine detailed and interesting map engraved by Bellin after earlier voyages. Published in the German edition by Schwabe in Leipzig of Bellin's travel books. Notes: In excellent condition.
